Hire us to do your Event Photography!
We can arrive with your guests or come early to photograph the behind-the-scenes work of setting up those important last minute details.
We charge $100hr from our agreed upon time of arrival until we turn off the camera at the end of your event. This non-refundable retainer is due in full on the day of the event. The hourly fee also covers all post-production editing and formatting at no additional cost, and your images provided on disk.
During post-production, we edit every image for optimal color correction, exposure, vibrant coloring, sharpness, and noise reduction. We digitally add metatags and key wording to aid your brand in Google searches and enhance SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Then the entire photo shoot is formatted into three sizes to best serve you in every situation:
• High Resolution for full page printing and advertising
• Medium Res for smaller printing needs such as brochures or mailers
• Low Res for websites and social media
Photos will take 1-2 weeks to be completed and uploaded to a personal gallery on our website for your guests to view and share on social media. Your event will also be provided on a CD or DVD disk with folders labeled to distinguish the 3 different formats. Extra disks available for a fee and must be ordered in advance.

Graphic Edge Photography will consider Event Sponsorship in exchange for a lowered hourly rate, dependent upon the benefits of being an event sponsor. Just like any business: time, use of equipment, and travel equal money and we cannot offer our services free of charge.
We offer a discount for Nonprofit Organizations with less than 12 employees.
